Once you create Stor8 account, your account will be a free user by default. Stor8 give up to 100 MB storage for free with no credit card required. After 100 MB, users will need to upgrade to our subscription model.

  1. Click on Upgrade button below storage capacity status in the left sidebar.
  2. Select the subscription plan that fits your need.
  3. After select a plan, you will be redirected to checkout page. Choose between Paypal or Debit/Credit Card payment then enter your billing information and confirm your subscription by selecting ‘Subscribe’.
  4. Once subscribed, your storage capacity will increaded and your subscription plan will be listed inside ‘Upgrade’ menu on the left sidebar.

Canceling your paid subscription is easy.
To start, your account must be using 100 MB or less to fit within our free tier.
You will not be able to downgrade if your account is using more than 100 MB storage capacity.
Then, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Billing page from top-right menu.​
  2. Select the Cancel Subscription button in the right side.
